Danish SMEs need easier access to more EU resources as well as to EU networks for advanced manufacturing. MADE’s (Manufacturing Academy of Denmark) new partnership with the EIT Manufacturing innovation network aims to achieve this.
The Danish Cluster for Advanced Manufacturing, MADE, is strengthening its global links by entering into a partnership with the EIT Manufacturing, a knowledge and innovation community co-funded by the EU. Its regional branch, EIT Manufacturing Co-Location (CLC) North, is located in Sweden.
“MADE will have the potential to offer Danish SMEs access to more resources, projects and knowledge-sharing within the EU. This partnership promotes better access to advanced manufacturing networks within the EU, enabling us to secure Denmark’s ecosystem for world-class manufacturing. We’re delighted to be able to diversify our portfolio with direct access to more offers aimed specifically at SMEs and entrepreneurs,” says Nigel Edmondson, MADE Managing Director.

The partnership will enable MADE and EIT Manufacturing to collaborate on projects and offer training courses to manufacturing companies.
